Ms. Bui Nguyen Khanh Linh is currently Program Secretary and Researching Fellow of Internet & Communication,​ Vietnam Program  for Internet & Society, US​SH. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Academy of Journalism & Communication with the major of Public Relations.
