Assoc Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, former Deputy Director of the Science and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and is current Associate Dean​ of Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He got his Phd in Specialization Sociology at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
